The vein of silver, massive, and metallic luster skutterudite, which reaches a thickness of up to 34 mm, crosses the entire sample. The sample is polished in the area of the thickest part of this vein so that its internal structure is more pronounced. The sample also contains small, elongated, and metallic luster crystals of the rare mineral argentopyrit. Jáchymov is a type locality for argentopyrit. The sample comes from the Geschieber vein.
