A sample of rust-colored, porous quartz, on which tiny, metallically lustrous proustit and acanthite crystals grow. The individual crystals also often grow on one another, forming spatial aggregates. In one part, there are also undamaged and spatially organized larger proustit crystals, whose cluster reaches a size of up to 0.4 mm. It is a very rich and especially undamaged sample of these minerals from the 12th floor of the Svornost mine on the Geschieber vein in Jáchymov. Jáchymov is a type locality for both minerals.
