Stibnite forms columnar, steel, metallic lustrous crystals that permeate the entire sample. Individual crystals reach a maximum size of up to 4 cm. The stibnite crystals on this sample also intergrow and form fascicular aggregates. This is a very nice and undamaged specimen of this sulfide from the Slovak locality Kremnica.
